CGBCNC-HK performed exceptionally well in the outstanding groupassessment conducted by the various branches of China Green Building Council (CGBC) , and was invited to attend the 2026 International Conference on Green Building and Building Energy Efficiency in Suzhou and was honored with the title of "Outstanding Group of 2025".

2025年10月30日，由“中國綠色建築與碳中和（香港）委員會”主辦的第一期《綠色建築評價標準（香港版）》綠建標識專業人士培訓，在中環香港會所大樓15樓香港科技大學商學院中環教學中心圓滿舉行。來自香港本地的發展商、建築事務所、機電顧問公司、綠建顧問公司等的三十余名專業人士完成全天强化課程和考試，爲香港綠色建築高質量發展再添“生力軍”。

中國綠色建築與節能委員會主任王有爲教授、中國綠色建築與節能委員會副主任、浙江大學建築工程學院教授葛堅教授、中國城市科學研究會綠色建築研究中心常務副主任孟沖先生、中國城市科學研究會綠色建築研究中心副主任郭振偉先生等內地權威專家專程來港授課。

本次課程圍繞剛發布的《綠色建築評價標準（香港版）》2025版的五大性能指標章節“幸福宜居、高效低碳、健康舒適、綠色建造、智慧運營”，結合“健康建築”、“智慧建築”、“碳中和建築”等熱點專題。授課專家輔以豐富的項目案例介紹和分析，系統梳理香港在碳中和、綠色、宜居方面的技術路綫與評分要點。隨後的互動答疑環節，學員們就“綠色建材”、“碳排放計算”、“智能化”等熱點踴躍提問，現場氣氛熱烈。

CGBCNC-HK was invited to attend and present in the 15th Regional Conference of the Hot Summer and Cold Winter Climate Zone in Changsha, China.

The draft of the Assessment Standard for Green Building (Hong Kong Version) edited by CHINAGBC and CGBCNC-HK has been approved by the Chinese Society for Urban Studies.

CGBCNC-HK met with the Shenzhen Green Building Association (SGBA) to exchange and discuss the in-depth collaboration between the two parties.

The CITIC Tower project has been awarded the first Two-Star CGBL Design Label Certification for green retrofitting of existing building in Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong delegation organized by CGBCNC-HK attended the 21st International Conference on Green and Energy-Efficient Building in Hainan.

CGBCNC-HK, as the Vice-Chair, was invited to attend the 2025 annual meeting of the Alliance of the Green Building Industry of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Co-Chairman of CGBCNC-HK, Mr. Stephen Yim, led the student representatives from Hong Kong to participate in the "National Green and Low-Carbon Youth Competition" and won an award.

The kick off meeting of the establishment of the CGBL HK Version 2025 was successfully organized in Shanghai.

CGBCNC-HK was successfully hosted the 1st High-level lecture on Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality in Beijing.

CGBCNC-HK was invited to join as a member of editorial board in the establishment of the "Standard for Calculating Life Cycle Carbon Emissions of Green Buildings" by the China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization

CGBCNC-HK and Shanghai Green Building Association have officially established a partnership as green and low-carbon friendly association, committing to collaborative efforts in sustainable development.

CGBCNC-HK, as the Vice-Chair, was invited to attend the 2024 annual meeting of the Alliance of the Green Building Industry of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

CGBCNC-HK and Shenzhen Green Building Association co-hosted the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Hong Kong-Shenzhen) Forum during the 20th International Green Building Conference in Zhengzhou.
